Kojima subiu no palco da conferência da Sony na Tokyo Games Show 2011 para confirmar que as coletâneas anunciadas anteriormente para o PlayStation 3 Zone of the Enders HD Collection e Metal Gear Solid HD Collection também serão lançadas para o PlayStation Vita no começo de 2012.
Zone of the Ender Collection irá incluir os jogos Zone of the Enders e Zone of the Enders 2 eMetal Gear Solid Collection irá incluir os jogos, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater e Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker .
